2. Booking Our Services
Bookings may be made by phone, email, or through our website.
All bookings are subject to availability.
A quotation provided by Trinity HC is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Acceptance of a quotation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Quotations & Pricing
Prices are based on the information provided by the client.
Additional work requested during the service may incur additional charges.
If the actual condition of the property differs significantly from the information provided, we reserve the right to revise the quotation before commencing work.
All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.
Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges or suspension of future services.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a booking.
Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
If Trinity HC needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange a suitable alternative appointment.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe access to the property.
- Informing us of any hazards or risks.
- Securing valuables and fragile items.
- Ensuring pets are safely controlled where necessary.
- Providing accurate information regarding the cleaning requirements.
7. Our Responsibilities
We will:
- Deliver services professionally and with reasonable care.
- Use trained and experienced cleaning staff.
- Supply professional cleaning equipment and products unless otherwise agreed.
- Treat client property with respect and confidentiality.
8. Health & Safety
Our staff follow strict health and safety procedures while carrying out cleaning services.
Where appropriate, personal protective equipment (PPE) will be worn.
Clients must notify us of any hazardous substances or unsafe conditions before work begins.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange for the issue to be resolved.
10. Liability
While every care is taken when providing our services:
- Trinity HC shall not be liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or faulty fixtures and fittings.
